Scarf of the Week: Blue and Green Striped

This week’s scarf is this lovely striped scarf with blue, green, white and grey. I used textured yarns for this scarf so it has a wonderful and a little fuzz to it. The scarf itself is not overly thick but it is warm enough for winter days. Approx. 60″ x 6.5″. $36 plus S/H. Visit my Etsy shop or contact me to order. You can find all my winter scarves here.

Scarf of the Week: Infinity Scarf with Butterfly Accent

This week’s scarf of the week is another infinity scarf. Infinity scarves are made as one loop which is draped around the neck twice. As usual, this one was handwoven by me on a  rigid heddle loom. This one has a rainbow of colors: green, blue, purple and gold.  I left the fringe and gave it a blue butterfly applique as well.  $36 plus S/H. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order.

Scarf of the Week: Log Cabin Scarf

This week’s scarf is this extra long and wide navy and blue scarf. I did this one in a log cabin pattern which consists of blocks of short horizontal and vertical stripes. The scarf itself is not overly thick but it is long and wide so it wraps really well. Approx. 76″ x 9″. $48 plus S/H. Visit my Etsy shop or contact me to order. You can find all my winter scarves here.

Scarf of the Week: Purple Infinity Scarf

This week’s scarf of the week is another infinity scarf. I am having fun making these because they have a lot going on.  infinity scarves are made as one loop which is draped around the neck twice. As usual, this one was handwoven by me on a  rigid heddle loom. The dominant color is pale purple but it has yellow, red and aqua in it as well. There is also some shimmer to the base yarn. I also left a fringe and gave it some decorative yellow buttons — including one heart button — so this scarf has a lot of eye appeal.  $36 plus S/H. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order.

Scarf of the Week: Yellow Chenille

My scarf of the week this week is this super soft and long yellow chenille. The main color is a golden yellow though there is a good amount of brown mixed in. The tassles are bright yellow. At 75″ this is one of my longest scarves. You can find all my winter scarves here. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order.

Scarf of the Week: Yellow Infinity Scarf

I did something different for this week’s scarf of the week — an infinity scarf. These are made as one loop which can be draped around the neck once or twice depending on whether you want as longer or shorter look. As usual, this one was handwoven by me ona  rigid heddle loom. The dominant color is yellow but it is made in sections so one part has more dark green, another pink and another a more golden yellow shade. I also left a fringe and gave it some decorative buttons to this scarf has a lot of eye appeal.  $36 plus S/H. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order.

“Scarf” of the Week: Golden Yellow Poncho

This week’s “scarf of the week” is not a scarf at all but one of my super warm woven ponchos. This one is a vibrant golden yellow. It can be worn with the fringe falling along the sides, giving the poncho a squarer look in front, or across the chest and back. Sizing on these shawls is flexible but I am calling this one a women’s M-XL. $80. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order. You can see all my available shawls and ponchos here.

Scarf of the Week: Dusky Rose and Off-White

It’s hard to sum up this scarf because, though the colors are not overly bright, it has a lot going on. The main colors are a dark, dusky rose pink and off-white, but I also added soe threads of a bright, sparkly pink running through it. The warp thread, which is seen in the tassels, is a dark brown. This owudl make a lovely Valentine’s Day gift. Made primarily of chenille, this is a warm, soft, thick scarf for those winter days. 60″ long x 5″ wide. $28 plus S/H. Contact me or visit my Etsy shop to order.
